How to appeal if not satisfied with the disciplinary? |

| 1. |
Appellant shall textually list the facts and related information and appeal to the Grievance Review Committee of NDU within 30 days of the disciplinary command. |

The Appeal text should include the appellant’s name, student ID, class, address, contact number, the fact, reason and date of the appeal, information of the disciplinary unit. If it is a multi-appellants case, one or two of the appellants could be listed as representatives with Letter of Authorization. |

Please textually list the fact and related information and appeal to the Sexual Harassment Grievance Committee of NDU within 1 year of the incident. |

The Appeal text should include the appellant’s name, rank, position, address, contact number, the suspect’s name, rank, position, service unit and time and course of the incident. |

After reception of the case, we will immediately assign an officer to care for the mental state of the appellant, and assist with the procedure. |
